For over 30 years, Jeff Pykerman has been creating and exhibiting fine art to galleries and collectors in North America. His acclaimed artworks are represented in Canadian and International collections, including USA, Great Britain, The Netherlands and Asia. His original ‘All That Jazz’ was created using two different methods. One is acrylic paint on wood and the second method is cutting and layering the wood with varying degrees of relief. The relief is then covered with marble dust and acrylic gel and then painted with acrylics and a final varnish. Using rich and vibrant colours, the images are stretched and distorted to the rhythm of the music and the swinging world of jazz comes alive with a whimsical twist.
